We aim to ensure that every student in The $10K Academy receives real, measurable value through our programs.
However, due to the nature of our digital training and mentorship model, refunds are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.
1. Standard Policy
Once you enroll and gain access to the Academy’s materials, your payment is generally non-refundable, as you immediately receive full access to our intellectual property and resources.
2. Results Guarantee
We stand behind our systems and offer a conditional refund guarantee:
If, after 6 months of consistent implementation of the training, with realistic proof of effort (such as outreach records, campaign data, and completed tasks), you do not land a single client, we will issue a 100% refund.
To be eligible, you must:
Have completed all required modules and the 30-Day Action Sprint.
Have actively participated in the community and Q&A calls.
Submit verifiable documentation of your implementation efforts.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:
Failure to complete or participate in the program.
Lack of time, motivation, or personal issues.
Requests made after 6 months of access.
Students who have already landed clients or earned revenue through the program.

Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed via the same payment method (Paystack) within 14
business days.
