Welcome to Learn by Mizark, a training platform owned and operated by Mizark Global, registered in Nigeria.
By accessing or using our website, course materials, or community spaces (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Overview

Learn by Mizark (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides educational content, training, and resources to freelancers and professionals who want to acquire and grow high-ticket clients.
These Terms apply to all users who access or use our Services through learnbymizark.com or our GoHighLevel learning portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in our courses or community. By using our Services, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
The current fee to join the $10K Academy is ₦120,000 (one-time payment) unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and understand that your access is granted only upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
In summary: we offer a full refund only if, after 6 months of implementation (with verifiable proof of consistent effort), a member does not secure any clients.
Refunds are not provided for failure to complete the program, lack of participation, or change of mind.

5. Course Access

Upon payment, users receive access to the training platform, resources, and community.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or materials publicly is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Community Rules

Members of the Learn by Mizark community agree to:

Treat all participants respectfully.

Avoid spam, harassment, or self-promotion unrelated to the Academy.

Follow the instructions and maintain confidentiality of shared resources.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Mizark Global.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

While our systems and strategies have been proven effective, results vary depending on individual effort, experience, and implementation.
We do not guarantee any specific income amount.
Our content is provided for educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mizark Global shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services, including loss of income or business opportunity.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.
